Ok Mobile Texting Service Terms and Conditions Agreement

This Mobile Texting Service Terms and Conditions Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Interventional SpineCare, a professional corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, with its principal place of business at 100 Motor Parkway, Suite LL-8, Hauppauge, NY 11788 (referred to as “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and any individual or entity accessing or using our mobile texting service (the “Service”) (referred to as “User,” “you,” or “your”).
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Service.

By calling or texting 833-547-7463 you agree to receive text messages from us, if you do not wish to receive text messages, reply STOP.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice or liability.
